2009 Affordable Housing Program
The application for FHLBank Atlanta’s 2009 Affordable Housing Program (AHP) offering will be available on FHLBAccess® beginning July 1, 2009. The deadline for all applications and supporting documents is July 31, 2009.
Please be aware that project sponsors and project owners with a project on the Watch List are not eligible to apply for new AHP awards.
Any applicant contemplating a subsidized advance to fund their project should contact the Bank's Community Investment Services staff prior to submitting an application at 1.800.536.9650, select option 3, then option 3.
Physical Needs Assessments are required for all rehabilitation applications. See AHP Webinars below for details.
