Additional Application Updates
April 15 , 2008 - The Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta is pleased to announce that the application for the 2008 offering of the Affordable Housing Program (AHP) is available beginning Tuesday, April 15, 2008. The application deadline is Tuesday, June 17, 2008.
The Bank previously announced changes to the 2008 AHP offering, including new eligibility requirements, which can be found in the Affordable Housing Program 2008 Updates. In addition to these requirements, project sponsors must complete and sign the Affordable Housing Program Application Certification for each AHP application. The AHP Application Certification must be submitted with other required application supporting documents.
